The songs on Futurama are so cool. I think that someone should make a C.D of them like they did with the simpsons.
What do you think?

Yeah! They should make some songs! like a bunch of all new remixes like all the 10 second bytes we hear should be made into full songs (i.e the intro music at the very start of Amazon women in the mood when it zooms in on the PE building)

Plus that cool musical segment in Fry and the slurm factory when fry and bender are going around checking all the slurm cans.

Peace im outta here (i should make that into a sig!)

Yeah, who wouldn't want to hear a full-length version of Zapp's rendition of "Lola"?

Okay, maybe not that...

Yeah it will be awhile for a CD but whenit comes out I'll be rushing to buy one.  My favorite songs are, the theme song actually and the Hermes song.

I'll probably get in trouble for this but you should go to The Futurama Outlet and check out the remixes they have.  The Futurama Salsa remix is great.  I've given a copy of it to everyone I know (whether they wanted it or not).

We'll probably see one but remember that Songs in the Key of Springfield had a huge number of tracks on it, we gotta while to build up to that. But you know, isn't about time for another episode with a musical number, its been way too long (I thought for sure there was gonna be a Thriller spoof in the Honking)

I like the futuristic mixes of the Christmas songs, like when they were flying back to the office with the tree, and especially the end when Santa was flying off during the credits. The spoofed carols were excellent too.

They'd better include Hermes's song while they're at it.

There was supposed to have been a musical number in Tale of Two Santas.

Even if they don't have enough songs from the show, they can always do original songs. Sort of like "The Simpsons Sing The Blues", but cool.

I thought of a Futurama CD idea after watching "Amazon Women" again - "Morbo Sings the 60's, 70's, and 80's."

Maybe twelve years later, when Futurama's run seems to be wrapping up (again), there can be hope. If the fing-longer has since materialised, who's to say a soundtrack album cannot?

Which 80's?

I'd honestly prefer a cd sampling some of the beautiful instrumental score laced throughout the background of the show, as opposed to one just doing extended versions of the musical numbers (potentially ruining them, too) that popped up occassionally. Possibly even a mix of both would be pretty awesome, too.
