Futurama is being preempted once again for a sneak preview of "Oliver Beene" on Nov. 10, with replays Nov. 17, and Nov. 24. I heard this is true.

Avccording to TLZ, it won't be 'the Route of all Evil' that airs on the 10th of November, it will be 'Crimes of the Hot'.

"Crimes Of The Hot" sounds kinda tricky. It could be a terrific episode, and it could be "less terrific" if the enviromentalism gets too preachy. From a fan viewpoint it's ridiculous not to air "Route Of All Evil" as the seasonopener, from a business viewpoint it might be a good move.

Another kick in the teeth, well to me anyway. My local station told me they've decided to hold back season 3 and 4 till at least spring next year (they really don't know). But NFL, Family Guy, Jackass and a host of soaps are broadcast with zealous precision. What gives?  mad

So this means, season 5 will be over before I get to officially see season 3. And they wonder why filesharing programs are in so frequent use.  roll eyes

On the plus side, "Crimes of the Hot" has President-Elect Al Gore  tongue in it.

It's sad. The season premire is in less than four weeks, and we still don't even know what episode they're starting off with? Isn't this the kind of thing that FOX should know if it's in charge?

It's a good thing we've given up on the P-Code Continuity a long time ago. It wouldn't surprise me if FOX attempted to use "Devil's Hands" as the season opener.

"Production Code Continuity."  Perhaps PCC was an over-appropriate username...

April 20th??

That's sounds too feeping early to me to end 16 episode and half will be over run with football and the World's largest butt.

Oh dear, I don't like the sound of that. I should have guessed that Fox would end it even earlier this year and stretch it to 6 seasons  frown

Actually April 20th sounds about right.  If FOX started Futurama on November 10th and ran it once a week, the final episode would be on February 23rd.  With an end date of April 20th it'll last 24 weeks, which leaves 8 weeks breathing space for FOX to show crap.

It's fox's fault for not ordering episodes.

That spelling mistake was just too painful to wait for Edel to find it.

T-minus 3 hours and 40 seconds for new Futurama, hooray!
This countdown does not reflect the pre-empts Fox has possibly yet to make.
