I think it's Curly Joe. Introduced in S03's Time Keeps On Slippin', he fits the bill. 1) This character has eyebrows. Check. 2) This character is bald. Check 3) This character has something in common with Fry. Fry is an honorary Globetrotter, and both are easily amused. 4) This character appears in season 3. Check.
I am thoroughly prepared to be humiliatingly wrong, but enjoyed being the guesser, rather than the one to set the guess.

1) This character has eyebrows. Check. 2) This character is bald. Well, he's a robot, so, yeah. 3) This character has something in common with Fry. Has technically died and then come back. (Alternatively, "being let go from Planet Express" could also count for this one) 4) This character appears in season 3. Introduced in Godfellas.

I like this game! Carry on!
Not entirely sure how turns go... The title of the thread advises you to read the first post in the thread before you play. The first post outlines exactly how the game is meant to be played. Congratulations on being entirely incapable of following simple, reasonable, clearly-outlined instructions (and the depressing thing is that you're not the first person to demonstrate that they're incapable of doing so).

1) Appears only once. 2) Is female. 3) Is dead.
I'm going to guess it's Yancy's wife. She appeared in The Luck of the Fryrish, and I don't think she's been seen since. She's female, and can safely assumed to have been dead for quite a while. Yeah, it's a long shot. But I quite like making wild guesses because when one touches down perfectly, it makes the rest of them seem worth it.

I'm guessing Boobs Vanderbilt. I don't know why, the name just sort of came to me.
She only appeared once, appeared to be human at least, is not related to any other characters that we are aware of, died on screen, and mentioned Bender's name once.

That's alright. I have this nagging feeling I didn't come up with the answer on my own. Nah, it's probably nothing.

Oh, so Sunshine guesses multiple times twice and he doesn't get the boot but when I do that I do?
I call bullshit on that.

The rule allowing only one guess per round is actually quite sensible, and I am surprised that it has never been implemented in a thread before now.

Alright then. Until the next turn, I'll guess.
Plus I doubt that UL was joking.

I feel that it might be reasonable to allow people to make a new guess every time new clues are added, as this would still prevent them flooding the game with guesses while allowing them to make more than one post every day or two. I'm not the guy who created and wrote the rules for this game, so the above is just a thought about how it could be done, nothing more. And yeah MP, sometimes we make jokes here. I'm sure if you adhere to the rules from here on out your participation will be welcome.
