As mentioned earlier it was Space Pilot 3000 on C4, but i only joined PEEL and came a Futurama fanatic after i watched "Roswell That Ends Well" at my cousin's house. I did record all the episodes off C4, but it was too hard to keep watching it, we kept missing it!

I watched WMIBACIL when it first aired on fox, just because it was on and i had nothing better to do. I didn't watch it again until i saw Birdbot of icekatraz. I wasn't hooked until i saw it on cartoon network

I feel so weird posting this, but I think my first ep was Where the Buggalo Roam. Not a great ep, but I stuck with Futurama until the end of summer 2002. I didn't get hooked again until I heard they were cancelling the show. I got back into it because I remembered how funny it was and wondered why it would be cancelled.
Then, I learned of the evils of FOX!

It was Space Pilot 3000. But after that point I tuned out of the show, and it was watching Amazon Women in the Mood that really caused me to fall in love with Futurama again

A Flight To Remember. I think I saw bits of Space Pilot 3000 and I, Roommate, but that was the first episode I watched in it's entirety. Then I went and told everyone how great Futurama was. The conversaion had begun!

*bumps*
I apologize, but I have to get this off my chest.

-I don't remember the very first Futurama episode I saw. I remember seeing promos for "A Flight To Remember", but not an actual show.
But I remember that around May or June of this year, I was channel surfing, and saw "I, Roomate" on [as]. It immediately brought back memories. Then I was at Wal-Mart one day, and I saw the DVDs for Production Seasons 1-3. I didn't even know they were out yet. So I bought the first season, and when I got my paycheck, I bought the other two volumes.
Good memories. I was so happy when I first heard the theme song through the stereo, and saw the episodes. Good memories.
(And I wish I had counted how many times I saw "The Sting". It must have been over 10 at least.)

Well I have nevers seen a episode of futurama until I saw the dvd set on sale.

And I bought it on a wild impulse, and watched the "Space Pilot 3000" First.
And then after that I could not wait for the other seasons to come out on DVD.

The name of the episode escapes me (shame on me) right now, but it's the episode in which Bender falls in love with Angeline, who's divorced to Flexo, ect ect. I feel so bad for not being able to remember the name.

Anyway, I thought it was interesting and funny, and I really took a liking to Bender, but after that I wasn't able to watch it, because of the evils of Fox, I just never did catch it. Then when CN started airing it, I started watching every episode, now I have all four seasons on DVD.

This episode is named "Bendless Love", Dannilicious.  :)

I saw the SP3000 at first when it aired for the first time here at Germany. I watched the whole first season on TV and sadly forgot Futurama right after the season was over. In late 2003 it got me back.

I recall seeing the first few episodes back when they debuted but the episode that really kicked off my interest in Futurama was "Mother's Day".

That's so odd, Nasty.  I have been pondering this question for a couple days and I KNOW I saw a few episodes on TV before I saw Mother's Day, but that was the first I can actually recall.  I guess I just watched the others kind of in the background while doing other things.

I watched Space Pilot 3000 way back when it was first aired on Fox. I remember the show was really popular in my school during the first season, and every Monday all the kids would be like "Did you watch Futurama?! blab blab blab." Unfortunately, like a lot of people, I stopped watching it after the second season because I really had no idea when it was on.

I started watching it again when it played on Teletoon this summer because I had nothing better to do than stay up and watch cartoons. What got me really hooked, though, was when I 'acquired' TDHAIP. Sucha good episode. After that it was all random-quote-yelling and DVD-buying and "Shutthehellupaboutthatstupids how" nonstop.

Hmm... I have this vague memory of seeing an episode or two of Futurama back in 2001 when the show first began airing here in Norway. It still bothers me that I can't remember what episode(s)...

Later, about 1 1/2 year ago my brother showed me some episodes, the first one being "Godfellas". I didn't understand much of the plot, but I liked it, so he showed me "Space Pilot 3000". After that I was hooked!  ;)

My first episode was the devils hands are idle playthings, then the why of fry, then leelas homeworld...

Only joking, SP3K had me glued to the TV screen like no other show. It was so good. The next day was all sunny and nice, and I spent it talking about futurama constantly, then using a big bottle of water with one of those new-fangled sports caps wrote "Leela is sexy" in huge letters across a pavement.

Hey, I was 13, it was fun...

The first episode I saw was actually "Three Hundred Big Boys" which is season 5 i think...i saw all of them out of order because I kept getting them from a friend (I never saw the show while it was being aired).  Now I have most of the episodes, and can watch them in any order I want.  But I remember being especially confused by three hundred big boys...(WHAT? Nixon's head is the president?!?!)...Futurama is definitely a show that should be seen in order.
