Hearing many good things about the livestream, so the first ever 2-parter was confirmed to be the 7B canon-finale?

Here's hoping they will post a recording of the livestream.  Two-parter?  My wishes have been granted!

Wait... really? That's pretty cool. I hope they'll be different enough to view them both separately though.

Wait, does that mean that episode 25 & 26 are the two-parter, or does it mean that 25 is the first part, 26 is the non-canon finale and that Season 8 is confirmed with episode 1 being part two of the two parter?

MuchAdo posted lots of info about the livestream for people that missed it/can't see it too.

I think they mean 7ACV24 and 7ACV25, 7ACV26 is the "Saturday Morning Fun Pit" thing...

For those who can't/don't want to watch the livestream but want framegrabs of the promo clip they showed at the end here they are in episode order (I am just guessing - if something's been put wrong, tell me!) with captions/commentary. Sorry that some are a bit pixelated

The Butterjunk Effect (4 images)

The Six Million Dollar Mon (2 images)

Fun on a Bun (3 images)

Free Will Hunting (1 image)

Near-Death Wish (3 images)

31st Century Fox (2 images)

Viva Mars Vegas (2 images)

Naturama (2 images)

"I haven't the foggiest" (4 images that don't seem to specifically fit anywhere)

Live Chat Highlights/ Random Thoughts:

Guenter and Banjo return in 2013, Cohen confirmed!!!

What's that crushinator toy?? CRUSHINATOR TOY ALERT!!
Can someone with facebook ask about the Crushinator toy on the live stream????

Next week's episode preview... looks good.

1027 seasons of the Simpsons.. is a lock, lol.

Lrrr's teenage son is getting an ep.

An origin of Scruffy ep, yes please.

A double new episode season finale this year - meaning two new episodes on one night just like the season openers.

Anthropomorphic animal thee parter this year.

80's cartoon three parter next year.

Mars is totally fine in "Viva Mars Vegas"... without explanation... kinda lame.

Mobius strip clubs.. may be coming.

They showed clips from lots of the upcoming episodes - screen grabbed above.

Live Feed with cast, crew, creators, writers, and directors... was at the following:

http://www.comedycentral.com/shows/futurama/live

I took a picture of the Crushinator toy... i dunno if it was it homemade... but all the other toys they had on the live stream I am aware of.

Your pictures turned out better than mine.. oh, and the scene of Fry not putting lotion on Leela is from "the six million dollar mon".

Guenter?

Of all the fucking characters to bring back, why him?  I need something to throw, and someone to throw at right now.   I hate that little rodent.

I want a Crushinator toy.  I have wanted one for years and I will not rest until I get one.  Can you post a pic, MuchAdo?

Perhaps about procuring robot appendages or some such, since in the clip Hermes appears to still be more man than machine.

But yes, that clip was pretty funny; it reminded me of Leela trying to entice Fry during the oh-so-intriguing physics lecture in the video game segment of "Reincarnation." I like when he obtusely turns her advances down like that, since it kind of momentarily upturns the usual Fry chases/Leela runs dynamic of their relationship.

On an unrelated note: Since I was worried about "Zapp Dingbat" mucking with preexisting characters and their relationships, but was pleasantly surprised by how the episode ultimately turned out, I am now much less worried about "The Butterjunk Effect"--which seems to have a similar mucking-up potential, but will hopefully prove me wrong and turn out all right.

I know... I wasn't thinking... my camera was just sitting right next to me... so I just flashed some quick snap shots.

I was going to set it to continuos shooting.. but I f'd that up too.

Anyway true Screen Caps are always better, yes, you are correct.

You WIN.

Anyway... Squidberg is probably from "Naturama" as well.

You did a great job putting the right screen caps to the right ep. titles, at least.. I thought so.

So the Futurama SDCC panel is happening right now. Or has happened within the last 2 hours.

*edit*

Some guy has listed the events of the panel in order here. :D

Interesting points:

Quote from: Jesse Carp
The Don Bot introduces a ep where he's going after Zoidberg for stealing his hard stolen money!

Quote from: Jesse Carp
A true Comic-Con question is asked next. A 'nerd' wonders about a time-travel inconsistency in the third episode of the season and Cohen says Verrone must explain his mistake. Verrone tries to explain the time travel paradox. Then adds 'deal with it.'

:hmpf:

Quote from: Jesse Carp
Zoidberg cosplayer asks if Zoid is ever going to get some action. DiMaggio turns it on the fan and asked if he's going to get any action with that outfit. In a episode coming next year (the second half of the season) Zoidberg will meet a woman who cannot smell anything which is the perfect mate for our smelly crustacean.

Lot of info in this article too, healthy chunk about 'Fun on a Bun'.

Checked the infosphere for updates and was nicely surprised someone used my screenshots xD Although for some of them I was just guessing, it's going to be funny if I'm really wrong unless of course the updater knows that I'm right.

Quote
The first piece of footage we saw was from the upcoming episode “Fun on the Bun,” which sees the crew headed to Oktoberfest! However, the famed German holiday isn’t what it used to be, and has become a festival of extreme elegance rather than the rowdy rager Fry remembers. Bored, and looking for a drink, Fry swills of the beer spittoon, and causes enough of a drunk scene for Leela to break up with him! Wait, they were dating?

Firstly I'd like to see this footage, and secondly, is this one of those quick breakups but back together at the very end? Cause the clip of the fight going down between Fry and Leela for some reason made me recall of Bender and Bev's fight:

Although in the clip they dodge every punch, and I'm surprised at Frys agility

Also Frys Neanderthal appearance, could have more or less of something to do with the sausage accident, perhaps the large forehead could have something to do with excess swelling.

Just also saying I love the chicken hats and that they are something the locals wear and not just a random chicken Fry was wearing when drunk. Was an honest mistake most people made when that wooly mammoth clip came out as Fry's had strange things on his head in the past.

Found a comicon report thing: Comic Con 2012: Matt Groening Wins The 2012 Icon Award At 'Futurama' Panel

Trying to find the "...extended clip of an as-yet un-aired episode in which Fry discovers the horrors of “future Oktoberfest” before becoming an ingredient in Bender’s illbegotten Wooly Mammoth brautwursts" without much luck. >< Sucks being overseas and being able to go to these things - they should come to Australia for a convention!
