Tried searching, and apparently we don't have a review thread for "The Honking" yet.

My review:
I really enjoy this episode, and I consider it to be one of the most underrated episodes of the series.

Has a lot of great jokes scattered across all three acts (my personal favorite would be the binary message on the mirror), and I enjoyed seeing Fry act all jilted and jealous over Bender trying to kill Leela instead of him.

8.5/10

I liked 'The Honking' 'specially' the anti-crysler plant.

I really like the way Bender turns into a Were-Car... :p

I've never been a fan of Bender's transformation given that he basically just "magics" into a car. It annoyed me because I understand that they were going for a parody of the classic werewolf transformation scene seen in countless movies, but they could have done it like a Transformer or something... something a bit more believable within their world of science fiction and robots.

But I like the episode, overall, I must say.

It was funny when Bender throttled Fry for taking his last beer.

Bender: Hey, that's my last beer, you bastard. I'll kill you!
               Fry raises his bottle.
Fry:        I'll kill you too, buddy. I'll kill you too!

My suspension of disbelief doesn't stretch far enough to allow me to accept anything in this episode, and therefore I can't stand watching it.

I enjoy it. There's something about a robot turning into a murderous car that makes me smile.

Pretty solid episode. The story felt a little off (just a little), but besides that it was overall a good episode. It had some nice jokes (especially the best friend joke :laff:). There was also that tediously amusing search for the original ware-car...:D

Overall, a pretty solid episode:

"Mumbo? Perhaps. Jumbo? Perhaps not!" Also, the rest of the episode was good. Not classic, but good. I enjoyed the "creepy" settings, townie robots and of course David Herman as Project Satan.

It's a good ep and I can forgive the cartooniness because it's crucial to the parody which this ep is portraying. It's not a favourite aspect of mine, but here it works. My favourite part of the episode is the holograms and the Professor's explanation for them, brilliant!...

I also like the dark vibe this ep has in places; it's different to most Futurama. The idea of Bender running over the person he likes more, and Fry's suggestion of running him over for points, nice reference there...

Overall a pretty good ep, perhaps a little underrated, but not the greatest ep ever either...

I love the sound Project Satan makes while he's melting. It's such an agonizing cry that sends a shiver up your spine.
