One of my less-favourite episodes of Season 1. Werstrom and Poopenmeyer were great though, and some decent jokes throughout. 7/10.

This episode's great. It's got classic NNY scenery and lots of secondary character involvement. And the moral is there's no moral, or rather, there's an anti-moral: Let someone else deal with your problems of today.

Brilliant ep, lots of great moments. The arch rivalry between the Professor and Wernstrom was classic! The Bart Simpson dolls on the garbage pile in space was a nice touch. Fry's garbage making ways brought to the future in an ironic twist to save the world, it worked! The whole thing made for a great and memorable ep. Plenty of humour, nothing particularly bad. Not the most amazing ep ever, but a decent steady middle of the road Season One ep, which means is was fantastic!...

I loved this part where the PE crew was waiting for the Professor was about to present his new invention to the others.

Bender: I've been perusing your fortified wine list and I've selected the '71 Hobo's Delight, the '57 Chateau Parté and the '66 Thunder Chevitz.

Waiter: Exquisite choices, sir.

Bender: And mix them all together in a big jug.

If only someone could give me a USB of THAT !!!!

Liked this episode alot. Had alot of funny moments, and a great introduction to the Smell-O-Scope. 9/10

In all of season one, actually. Same with Hermes, Bender and the Professor.

It makes sense for people's voices to change slightly over a period of time.

I know probably everyone here has noticed this, but Zoidberg's tongue was also a different color (blue) throughout the whole first season, and it changed to pinkish sometime in the second. Another very obvious observation is that Fry's skin color has also changed considerably in that it seems to get darker each season; he was very pasty initially but now seems almost tan.

Anyway, on the topic of this episode: it's actually one of my least-favorites from season 1. I did enjoy Wernstrom, though, and I love basically all of Act 1. The rest of the episode is just a little weak in my opinion by season 1 standards. 7/10

I've always considered this one kinda bland compared to other Season 1 episodes, but I still love this one and enjoyed seeing things like Ron Popeil's head, Wernstrom, Bart Simpson doll and Farnsworth was particularly good in this episode.
