If Season 7 is successful (really high quality with a lot less stinkers), then I'm sure we'll be seeing 8 before we know it!

I don't think the number of stinkers really matters. Most people (such as the casual fans) have lower standards.

I showed some non-fans 6A, and guess what their favourite episode was?

With exception to the crude and graceless Susan Boyle parts, I actually did enjoy AotKA. Of course, TLPJF and TPoB still reign supreme.

My Mum liked AOTKA, I do notice that casual fans enjoy pretty much any ep, which is a good thing I think. :)

I enjoyed AOTKA because of the all the Apple bashing. :)  Even though I'm an avid user of their products, I'm not to any extent a fan-boy like Futurama was mocking in that episode.

All in all, I enjoyed AOTKA and thought the singing boil on Leela was classic.

Really? I mean, it's reasonable that you might enjoy the episode (I think the first half is awesome), but the singing boil being a classic? Prepare to have your opinion attacked, friend.

No, my mistake.  I was speaking too nonchalantly when I used the word "classic".  I don't mean classic as in "pure genius episode that ranks up there with Godfellas and The Late Phillip J. Fry".  I meant "classic" as in "that's pretty funny".  Sorry for the confusion - I tend to use that word more liberally than I should! :)

Oh okay, that makes a little more sense then.

Come to think of it, I think this is the only pop culture reference in Futurama that actually damages the episode. Which is rather unfortunate, unfortunately.
