Episode #'s?

Whats going on with the episode #'s for the last 3 episodes?  They were:
2acv18 - The Honking
2acv17 - War is a H word
2acv19 - The Cryonic Woman
in that order, normally the #'s go up, whats going on?

AFAIK "War is a H word" was made before "The Honking", but FOX aired it earlier, because it fit better to Halloween.

And it's going to happen again. Next episode to be aired is:
3ACV03 - The Tale of Two Santas

Obviously because of Xmas.

Actually rumor has it that Fox (may they rot in Robot Hell for all eternity) has decided that they'd rather show a rerun of last year's Simpsons Xmas episode. Hopefully, this isn't true.

In fact... it damn well better not be true.

The earlier pre-emptations seem somehow understandable (bad timeslot + football). This time they COULD show a NEW Futurama episode, but if they decide to show a Simpsons RERUN instead, then FOX can truly burn in Robot Hell..
