I just meant that conventional means of judging how well something is written only really looks at things like structure, not other things that people watch the show for.

"Benderama" ticks all the boxes from a writing-theory point of view and personally, I find it quite funny but it doesn't have an emotional "button" like say "The Luck of the Fryrish" did. That isn't a problem with "Benderama", but at the same time, it gives "The Luck of the Fryrish" a few points over it.

It'd be interesting to see whether or not pizza muffins are a common food product in the 3000s, or if it's just some made-up, drunken rambling coming from the Professor...

Well, pizza bagels are a real thing right now...and I could imagine pizzas working their way up the baked-good ladder--past cookies and croissants and cakes--to finally find themselves atop a muffin in the year 3011.

Seriously, though: I don't much care if pizza muffins are real or imagined--but I will admit that the possibility of Farnsworth having made up such a delicacy in his drunken stupor does add an additional level of hilarity to the already-hysterical bombed-out-of-our-gourds scene.

As far as we know, Scruffy wasn't turned back into a man; this episode happens before Neutopia.

The Reset button turned him back into a man...(it's usually kept in a well hidden place...not only that the viewers will not see it, but also to keep to safe from Fry, who'd probably smash that thing to a thousand pieces as soon as he could lay hands on it ;) )

Terrible episode. Who write this? Almost all of the jokes fell flat or weren't funny at all or were stupid. Surprised at the high ratings, this was one of the worst.

I see Bianca soaked up the culture from her recent visit to the planet Amazonia.

This episode is one of my many guilty-pleasures from the CC Run. Although I know that it has many faults, I still love it! I enjoyed all the Benders, as they made way for many jokes and gags, all of while I enjoyed. The story was good, too; I liked the way it was paced, with everyone becoming more and more in danger the further the episode went. I do have a few nitpicks, though; First of all, I didn't really like the giant, mainly because I wasn't sure who or what they were trying to poke fun at with him. Are they making fun of the average nerd, the average introvert, or what? I also must say his death was unfair. He was trying to make up to everyone, but they killed him anyway; at least he achieved Beauty in the end, however. Second, I really didn't like the Kardashians Joke (I don't think an explanation is needed here). Overall, though, I thought this was a very funny, very sci-fi episode. 8/10.
