Since it appears that the original thread has become moribund, I am restarting this poll on another thread. To recap, past voting has resulted in:

Best Futurama episode of all time: Roswell that Ends Well
2nd best Futurama episode of all time: The Luck of the Fryrish
3rd best Futurama episode of all time: The Sting
4th best Futurama episode of all time: The Late Philip J Fry
5th best Futurama episode of all time: Parasites Lost
6th best Futurama episode of all time: The Farnsworth Parabox
7th best Futurama episode of all time: The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings
8th best Futurama episode of all time: Space Pilot 3000
9th best Futurama episode of all time: Time Keeps on Slippin'

For this round, I have taken the remaining episode choices from the last poll and added all the new nominations from after it concluded.  The poll will be open for one week, at which time the 10th best episode will be declared and nominations for 11th best episode will be open for one week.  If an existing episode from this poll does not receive a nomination during that week, it will be dropped from the list.

Gonna go with A Fishful of Dollars. I've watched it so many times but it never gets boring or unfunny.
I think it's just that this episode is full of special greatness, like dream-commercials or shooting the Mona Lisa just for fun. :D

Jurassic Bark. I just pick my favourite out of all of them on the list, even if it's a bad episode. =P

Jurassic Bark ins't a bad episode at all. In fact, I like it better than a majority of those already picked. I'll vote for it this round.

I never said it was, just saying if there is only one on the list that I like and it's a crappy episode I'll vote for it. I love Jurassic Bark.

I've been waiting way to long for someone else to nom it as well. I will for the 3rd time nominate "A Fishful of Dollars".

It's already on the voting list, it does not need to be nominated again for this round of voting.

On the other hand, if it is not chosen for #10 at the end of next week, it will have to be nominated again (after this vote is closed next weekend) to be on the voting list for #11.

Hey Mongo, thanks for continuing things while I was gone and I will count what you are doing here for this round.  But I should be back now and would like to continue things.  However, if I leave again for an extended period of time, I give you permission to climb in again with your thread to get things running.

Thanks again!  :D

ok....I am going to call it for this thread.  The winner for the 10th best Futurama episode of all time is Jurassic Bark.

Go to the original "Best episode" thread for the continuation/results and to nominate for the 11th best episode.

Okay, in the absence of Free Hot Meal I'm calling this one.  In a very tight finish, 'A Flight to Remember' just beats out 'War Is the H-Word' and 'Leela's Homeworld' for the position of 17th best Futurama episode.

So to recap, voted the best Futurama episode of all time: Roswell that Ends Well
The 2nd best Futurama episode of all time: The Luck of the Fryrish
The 3rd best Futurama episode of all time: The Sting
The 4th best Futurama episode of all time: The Late Philip J Fry
The 5th best Futurama episode of all time: Parasites Lost
The 6th best Futurama episode of all time: The Farnsworth Parabox
The 7th best Futurama episode of all time: The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings
The 8th best Futurama episode of all time: Space Pilot 3000
The 9th best Futurama episode of all time: Time Keeps on Slippin'
The 10th best Futurama episode of all time: Jurassic Bark
The 11th best Futurama episode of all time: The Why of Fry
The 12th best Futurama episode of all time: Amazon Women in the Mood
The 13th best Futurama episode of all time: The Prisoner of Benda
The 14th best Futurama episode of all time: Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles
The 15th best Futurama episode of all time: Where No Fan Has Gone Before
The 16th best Futurama episode of all time: Insane in the Mainframe
The 17th best Futurama episode of all time: A Flight to Remember

Candidates for the 18th best Futurama episode automatically include 'War Is the H-Word', 'Leela's Homeworld' and 'The Day the Earth Stood Stupid'.  Nominations for other episodes will be open until next weekend, when I will open the poll to voting, on this thread.

Unfortunately, 'Overclockwise' is not eligible for this listing, since it was started before the episodes aired.  You could nominate 'Futurama Holiday Spectacular' (although I cannot imagine why you would) but not 'Law & Oracle' or any other season 6B episode.

Why are people nominating more than one episode?  We are looking for the single best episode not yet selected, and nobody can vote for more than a single episode.  It seems pointless to me to nominate more than the episode you intend to vote for, since the more episodes on the poll, the lower the chance that your favourite remaining episode will win.

Because that way it is also more unlikely that an episode we don't like wins...
I would be fine though with having  to stick with just one suggestion/support of someone else's suggestion.

Voting for the 18th best Futurama episode is now open.  The episodes from the 17th best poll that did not win, plus the episodes that were nominated and seconded for the 18th best poll, have been included.

The voting will be open for one week, until next Sunday.

'Leela's Homeworld' handily wins the election for 18th best Futurama episode of all time, gaining twice the votes of the number two candidate, 'The Day the Earth Stood Stupid'.

The 18th best Futurama episode of all time: Leela's Homeworld

Candidates for the 19th best Futurama episode automatically include 'War Is the H-Word', 'The Day the Earth Stood Stupid', 'Brannigan Begin Again', 'Hell Is Other Robots' and 'The Problem With Popplers'.  Nominations/seconds for other episodes will be open until next weekend, when I will open the poll to voting, on this thread.

Everybody can use up to two nominations/seconds -- i.e. two nominations OR one nomination plus one second OR two seconds.  An episode, other than the five episodes mentioned above which are already included, needs both a nomination and a second to make the poll for 19th best Futurama episode.

Episode list for the next poll:

Already included:

War Is the H-Word
The Day the Earth Stood Stupid
Brannigan Begin Again
Hell Is Other Robots
The Problem With Popplers

Nominated:

Love & Rocket

Seconded:

'Reincarnation' is ineligible due to being a production season 6B episode.

'Brannigan, Begin Again' is already on the list, due to getting at least one vote in the previous poll.
