I know that a lot of people knows what the episodes are gonna be about but I would like to know what are your expectations for those episodes for Season 5. Like what character would you like to see more developed, etc.

I would like Fry and Leela's relationship to develop further, and maybe hit it off in "The Devils Hands Are Idol Playthings". It would be nice too see more of Leela's parents, learn a bit more and see their bond with Leela grow deeper and stronger.

I would also really like to see Roberto again; he's one of my favorite characters. We already know that the Robot Devil should return, which is cool. The Robot Priest is one of the most underused characters; more of him would be a good step. We know that Dwight will be introduced in "The Route Of All Evil", I hope he has another leading role in one of the remaining season 4 production episodes. Someone who I'd rather not see more of is Mom, the less of her the better.

My expectations for "season 5" are high, the descriptions sound very promising. I'm particularly looking forward to the finale along with "The Farnsworth Parabox", "More Than Hero", "The Why Of Fry" and "Kif Gets Knocked Up A Notch", which I hope will be the season premiere.

I am a big fan of Zoidberg and I have great expectations for the episode in which his race comes to Earth( I can't remember the name)And I'm also waiting for The Route of All Evil. And I'm not a very big fan of Kif's and Amy's relationship so I would like it to stop.

I love Kif, he's a great character :) I think the episode you're referring too about Dr Zoidbergs race invading Earth is called "A Taste Of Freedom". It could be great, I just hope it doesn’t turn out like "That's Lobstertainment" did.

Yes you're right. I like Kif. He is a good character but I don't like his relationship with Amy.

Obviously, I'm looking forward to seeing Fry and Leela's relationship progress.  Like Otis said, they have to show Leela's interaction with her parents.  One episode isn't enough.  As an all-around shipper, I'm eagerly awaiting what happens between Amy and Kif.
I'm most looking forward to "Kif Gets Knocked Up a Notch", "Less Than Hero", "Jurassic Bark","Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles", "The Why of Fry", "The Sting" (I wonder why...  ;) ) and of course, "Idol Hands Are the Devil's Playthings."

Judging from the 4ACV-episodes we've seen this far (Leela's Homeworld, Love&Rocket and Where No Fan Has Gone Before), I'm have really big expectations for next season. Those three episodes was among season 4's very best, only "Roswell That Ends Well" managed to rival them in quality.

I'm looking forward to "Kif Gets Knocked Up A Notch". I always liked Kif, and was a fan of the Kif/Amy relationship from the very beginning. I hope to see it develop, like it did in the last part of "Where The Buggalo Roam", maybe even get them marriaged one day (I know it wont be in that episode, but hopefully in a future one).

I'm looking forward to "Less Than Hero" and "A Taste of Freedom". I like Zoidberg, and these two episode sounds like a lot of fun, and great homages.

"Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles". Also sounds like fun on the bun, and who can resist that cute pic at TLZ?

"The Why of Fry", sounds like evrything about the Nibblonians and Fry's being in the future will be explained. Could turn out to be as good as "Luck Of The Fryish", again judging from the picture at TLZ (I know, it's not necessarly from that ep, but still this is a bout expectations).

"Idol Hands Are The Devil's Playthings". Sounds neat.

More general: I'd like to see more of Leela's parents too. I'm still not comfortable with the whole mutant thing, but she need to interact with them, done the way Amy's parents is.

Kif and Amy, like I said I'd like them to be married some day, and hopefully will see hints of development in the relationship strewn across the season.

Leela. That's one character I definitely is looking forward to see more of. The more Leela, the better. bet noone saw that one coming, huh?  :p

More general, everything that's funny and character developing.

In the order of most anticipated:
"Idol Hands Are the Devil's Playthings"
"The Why Of Fry"
"Kif Gets Knocked Up A Notch"
"Less Than Hero"
"Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles"

We already now generaly how "Idol Hands Are the Devil's Playthings" is gonna go.

I think "The Why Of Fry" is gonna be TLotF style, but about why he was brought to the future, possible explaining how he got his brain waves like that.

I am a fan of the Kif/Amy relationship (Leela's cuter   :p ) so "Kif Gets Knocked Up A Notch" will be nice.I'm interested in seeing
1) who's child he's carrying
2) maybe his race doesn't have emotional or parental attachments to the repruductive process? meaning his goverment called him on duty to carry the child, and artifitialy ensiminated(sp?) him? sorta like jury duty?! lol
3) Or maybe his race has the ability to reproduce asexualy, and he just got a bit nervous around Amy?... BAH HAH HA HA HA! that one would be funny!   :laff:    :laff:

The last two just sound cool, and Cute.

As for the Zoidberg eps... I think he's funny but I really don't see him as a developable character so I don't really look forward to Zoidberg centered eps...   :p

I've got a feeling that 'The Why of Fry' is going to be the best of the series.  Other ones I'm looking forward to, of course, are the finale, 'The Farnsworth Parabox' and 'Kif Gets Knocked Up A Notch'.

I can't see why so many people are looking forward to 'More Than Hero' and 'Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles' - they sound terrible to me.

I'd like to see more of Leela's parents, too, and, although not many people will agree, another Mom episode would be nice.

They all sound good especially The Why Of Fry, that episode could either be really great or a big let down either way I want to see it. Wait if the start the same time as they did this year I not going to be in England when there shown aaah well the price of a GAp year in Austraila I guess     :)   :(   :)   :(

More skin!

Nah, I'm just kidding yah.

Any Fry or Leela centred episodes should be cool.

As much as I like Zoidberg as a means of delivering great one-liners, I don't think he is strong enough to dedicate a whole episode to. (WMIBACIL was not really just a Zoidy ep.  It had the whole Fry/Edna romance).

I'm not big on the Niblonians, but to hear more about how Fry got to the future, I can tollerate them.

Given our concerns about the future of the show, I'll take just about any new episodes I can get...

I am very much, I was very angry that it didn't air during "season 4". I really want to know more about Dwight, and it sounds like it could be full of potential. The Planet Express crew adapting to a new character, plenty of room for one liners. I expect there could be some really cool CGI like in "A Clone Of My Own" too.

To tell the truth most of these look really good. The only one's I'm iffy about are "Bend Her", "Obsoletely Fabulous" (beacuse it looks like they have plots way too similar to each other) and "The Sting" (how do you stretch "space bees attack" into a full 22 minutes?).

I agree on the CGI, that could be some cool scenes, but the last time we got a new character (Cubert) into the mix, most fans ended up hating him, and Cubert was planned all the way from the beginning. Dwight does sound like a later addition to the show, but I'm willing to be plesantly surprised. At least he isn't as obnoxious looking as Cubert.  :D

WMIBACIL may have had the Fry/Edna romance, but then Lobstertainment had the Bender/Calculon partnership. I would still classify both as Zoidberg episodes.

Lobstertianment was bad, and to be honest I never thought Crustacean In Love was anything special either, but I still think Zoidberg can carry an episode. It's just an unfortunate coincidence that Lobstertainment was poorly written. Zoidberg's species invading earth sounds great--I look forward to this episode.

Yeah, there are a lot of people who seem to be lining up to hate the next season just for the hell of it. Why? We have single-sentence plot descriptions to go by. If you condensed Put Your Head On My Shoulder, Luck of the Fryish, Leela's Homeworld, Parasites Lost--hell, ANY episode--into a single sentence, most of you "haters" would think the whole show blew spew.

Kryten, I think Bend Her and Obsolutely Fabulous might actually be an unoffical two-parter. (For some reason, that scares the hell out of me.)

All the plot descriptions I've seen in various places for The Sting all consist of basically the same line--but some say "space wasps" instead of "space bees." Might we discover some horrifying truth about the fate of the previous Planet Express crew? Are the wasps/bees intelligent (i.e., wiseasses and hucksters like Bender)? Hopefully, we shall see.

I think that this season is going to be the best, judging from the ohter 4acvs that were shown.  Both Love and Rocket and Roswell that ends well were very good episodes and hopefully the rest will follow suit.

"Roswell" was a 3ACV episode, the other 4ACV episodes was "Leela's Homeworld" and "Where No Fan Has Gone Before".

I don't go into a new episode with a predetermination to dislike it, I'm loking forward to almost every episode, and the vast majority sounds really cool. The ones I listed higher up is simply the ones I have the highest expectations about.

I do, however, still have some reservations about Cubert. In bitparts (like AOI I) he can be quite funny, but focusing on him for an entire episode might be a tad over the top. But I'm willing to be pleasently surprised.

remember how the crew before Ours died?
When Fry Leela and Bender got became the crew in SP3000 Farnsworth got the Cchips from a bag labeled
'Contents of Space Wasp's Stomache'
So it's probly gonna tie that in. Like maybe the intire ship gets swallowed and they do a thing where they're lost in its stomache and have to get out. (Like in Pinoccio. Only less corny lol   :laff: )

I want to see what happens between Fry and Leela, and also if nibbler chooses to reveal his true power in one of the last episodes.  I reckon it'd be cool if Cubert and/or Dwight got girl friends aswell.  And I also have to celebrate, 'cos Lurr is back.  The character with the best voice acting done by Maurice Lamarche, his voice is second only overall to Zapp Brannigan's.  I'd also like to see what happens to Zapp...

how to do spoilers
when you make a post (not using quick post) you can click the option from the menu on the right. then you simply type your message within the spoiler tags or you can do it yourself. it's fun and easy.

simply type [ spoiler] your spoiler goes in here [/spoiler ] (be sure to remove the extra spaces in the brackets [nospacesgotit?]) then you are ready to rock and roll.
