Note: Others would have answered this question already above.

i think its a 16 and plus but its not a kids show its jocks have plots that kids will not under stand

What jocks are these, and why do they have plots?

There are many such as the "Kegelcizer", the alien languages, historical jokes, many many obscure sci fi references, sex jokes (A really dirty one said by Bender: I need mouth-to-ass resuscitation), political jokes, old movie references, math jokes, binary, and much more.

Which would make some plot confusing for kids, even among adults. For a lot of Futurama's jokes are nerdy, though not all.

I was under the impression that (contrary to what the picked-upon community might assert :p), the word "jocks" does not mean the same thing as the word "jokes." Also, unless they're some sort of running gag that has some kind of lengthy explanatory story behind it, I do not think of Futurama jokes as having plots. I don't think of the plots themselves as having jokes either unless a major plot point is itself just a joke, but jokes are part of the content of an episode.

Which are ones you didn't know?

There are lots I didn't list. There were loads of stuff, I've seen on Futurama, I needed to Google to see what the hell they were talking about.

I know there's sci fi references, but I don't all them all.

Well this might help.

Every Sci-Fi Reference Ever in Futurama so far. I remember over on FMMB, one person said they missed a few.
