Okay this is a pretty simple question. Why does nibblers need a diaper if if he takes care of his business in a litter box???? Of coarse it makes him look cute but is there any other reason?

To hide his shame?

Presumably it took them a while to toilet train him. Maybe he was never properly toilet trained (in that he'd go in the litter box sometimes, but only when it suited him. I used to have a dog like that). Maybe he likes it because it makes his life so much easier and he's basically waited on, so now that his intelligence is out of the bad, he just abuses his cuteness to get pampered like that.

For the same reasons some dog owners have them wearing 'diapers'; it (supposedly) looks cute, and they don't have to pick up after them when they go for walks.

Also, Nibbler was characterized as being extremely stupid before the others learned of his true nature. Maybe to enhance the act he sometimes did his business on the floor despite being potty-trained, and the diaper was a precaution.

I think there is no fruitful discussion to be had here.
