I feel like the whole thing was made so obvious and one-note in "Bender's Game", so there's really no need to further explore Farnsworth/Igner, unless it's within the realm of revisiting Farnsworth/Mom, which I think it plenty amusing and, y'know, revolting.

AOI III and another Waterfall would be good ones, but I'd really like to see more episodes with lots of screen time for the Prof, and some space battles so that Zapp can deliver hilarious one liners.

If Leela raped Scruffy and he demanded that she have an abortion, then the Prof. performed the abortion to montage song from Scarface, then sold the fetus to Lrrr who used it as a delicious sandwich filling, would that satisfy you? 'Cause it would weird the hell out of me.

I would hate if they revisited Farnsworth/Igner. They could do an episode where he leaves Mom, comes to Planet Express, and hilarity ensues, but he has to go back to Mom at the end of the episode. He's not a character with quality I'd rank to be a supporting character like Hermes, Amy, Zapp, etc. He's definitely tertiary to me.


From flesheatingbull's original list, I'd agree with Nixon, AOI, and Waterfalls, all of which seem to be happening in these new episodes. (Well, no confirmation on Waterfalls yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if they showed up sometime.)

There are so many ideas for Futurama stories that I don't know where to begin.

- Return of the Robot Mafia and/or League of Robots: What about a feud between the Robot Mafia and the League of Robots, in which Bender, being himself, plays both sides.

- Something involving Elzar.

- The Professor versus Wernstrom.

- More about the Sewer Mutants. Maybe Leela becomes like the "saviour" of the Mutants because she's a "daywalker" mutant who's allowed to live on the surface.

- Nixon appoints Zapp Brannigan as his new Vice President (because the Headless Body of Agnew was killed in Into the Wild Green Yonder). Then Nixon somehow gets incapacitated and Zapp assumes control.

- Another Omicronian invasion of Earth.

- Another episode wherein one the Professor's crazy inventions threatens to destroy the universe.

- Return of the Globetrotters.

- Return of Roberto.

- A Calculon and/or All My Circuits episode.

- Another Robot Devil episode.

- Gunther the Monkey returns. At the end of Mars University, it said that Gunther became the President of the Fox Network, so maybe the Futurama writers can take another deserved dig at Fox by having Gunther get fired for making so many terrible decisions, and he has to return to the Professor in disgrace, and becomes a Planet Express crew member for an episode.

- Another episode involving the Decapoidians (Zoidberg's species), because I love their crazy accents.

- I'm hesitant to suggest a Zoidberg-centred episode, since "That's Lobstertainment" is my least favourite episode; but what about an episode wherein Zoidberg meets another Decapodian woman, and they fall in love. And perhaps she takes over his life and turns him into a rich, successful doctor, but he realizes he's more miserable with her than alone and poor, so he dumps her and returns to Planet Express.

Those are what I came up with so far. Admittedly, they're not terribly original because they mostly involve bringing back great characters from previous episodes -- but you gotta go with what you know.

Welllp... what can I say I was late teens early twenties with no boyfriend and a lot of free time and I loved to draw.

Now I'm mid-late twenties and my boyfriend of 5 years says I'm too old for fanart. He's right, I should be working on my concept and fantasy illustration... but it doesn't mean I don't WANT to do it

Oh I'm also really excited for the Zoidberg/Professor origin episode! Sounds like a fun plot episode =)
