More like this world is very hot, and Leela is nothing if not pragmatic, and space suits are designed to insulate.

So it's probably "Let's see, die from hyperthermia and thirst pinned under this tree, or let Zapp see me naked again... hmm... *sigh* okay, the latter..."

She'd be wishing she kept her tank top on when changing into the suit, though. ;)

I dunno, while some unopposition is indicated, she certainly isn't fighting it off in her usual manner.  But again, we lack a bigger context, maybe something prior to this have happened.  For instance, Zapp have kept suggesting that they take off the space suits, and this time she finally gives in.

Does anyone know what the hell a "sow" is?
Google says its a female pig.

Also the guy who makes these updates is one of the most un-funny people i've ever seen.

Where is everybody? Oh, I get it. You guys aren't commenting so you can put forth the illusion that you have a life and thus aren't constantly refreshing the page. OK, I'm going to soak up all this juicy speculation and confirmation while you guys keep pretending you have better things to do. Jerks.

I don't know if I'd call them better things to do, but nevertheless I have been away from the Internet for a little while...of course, you asked the same questions of the new storyboard that I would probably have asked anyway, so there's no great loss, I suppose. Congratulations on your promotion, though.

But yes, why they have nothing on under the space suits is a good question. I hope we get a reasonable explanation (beyond mere convenience for the story), but I'm not especially worried that we won't. If there can be a theorem explaining a plot twist elsewhere, you'd think there would be logical answers in this story for all of the questions raised.

Dammit, I didn't notice there were more images than just the first one. And now that I've seen the rest its giving me wonderful ideas.

Also the tumbleweed thing made me LOL. When I read that on the website I just sat there staring at the screen thinking "......Huh????"

I'm actually hoping for more characterisation between them, eg, Leela learns a few more things about Zapp,  he doesn't leer at her constantly, and generally helps her survive. It would strip her gears to be reliant on him, and even at the end of the ep, could she change her opinion of him...?

...But then, after they've been rescued, he tries a typical Zapper approach to get her in the sack as a means of 'thanking' him - and she boots his butt into next week.  :D

From the source page: "For example, I'm constantly bombarded with complaints that we don't post nearly enough sketches of naked animated space generals."

No, idiot. In Futurama, it's animated space captains!

Google says its a female pig.

I've always found that expression, "sweating like a pig (sow)" to be rather odd since they don't.  Sweat, that is.  Maybe Leela is referring to space pigs.

Phil Lamarr mentioned in an interview that that goat is called a Pukemepoopme. I wonder which one most of us will do when we see it perform its namesake?

Ummm... No, Futurama's never been better than that. That's what makes Futurama so great , it's use of subtle, nerdy sciencey humour as well as stupid dirty butt jokes.

The concept does seem a bit disgusting (especially if the diarrhea is coming out of the one head's mouth as the sketch could be implying), but perhaps in the context of the episode it'll be quite funny (not that disgusting and funny are necessarily mutually exclusive). Who knows? Maybe it doesn't even do the acts described but just says those words or something.

The goat is probably part of an iPhone app thing or something. Like how you have those random apps with a device and you touch it and it does stuff... Clearly I don't have an iPhone.

I'm with the wait-and-see people: we don't even know what significance this goat thingy has, nor how it will be represented in the episode. And maybe it doesn't really matter how the joke goes; Jezz is right, that Futurama incorporates both intelligent and lowbrow humor. Each passing day--and each passing image--cannot provoke some new round of "Will Futurama turn into Family Guy?" It'll get old, fast. And I am easily bored.

Well after some time thinking about that goat...it does some kind of funny. And ya, when I think about it, Futurama has used some lowbrow type humor in the past and they were able to pull it off well. Maybe that goat won't play a major role in that episode. Who knows. So ya, I take my previous comment back....I was in a pissed off mood yesterday anyways. Don't worry Futurama, I have faith in you!!!
