I love that moment, Jezzem. That sort of Fry's dumb/Leela's dismissive thing must be a Patric Verrone hallmark or something, because there's a similar exchange in "The Problem With Popplers" that always makes me laugh:
Fry: I wish they'd just wipe out humanity and get it over with. It's the waiting I can't stand.
Leela: That's stupid.

After seeing the new Futurama episodes, I don't know, I might start to like it more. But yes, compared to the rest of the original Futurama episodes, I did not like it at all. Worst episode ever [/CBG] or at least of original Futurama.

His opinion is bad and he should feel bad! Everybody's opinion is bad. Everybody should feel bad. Or let Zoidberg operate on them.

Also, A Leela of Her Own is fantastic. You're all fools. I enjoyed ALOHO. The "Human Bean Machine" reminds me of an old friend who felt that he was professional baseball material. The problem was, he wore glasses thicker than The Professor's and had the cordination of a whale out of water. ALOHO is atcually one of my top 15 favorotes episodes. It has a sad ending - Leela deiscovers that she isn't a positive role model to women and she stinks at the game she loves. Maybe not as sad as the endings of Jurassic Bark or The Luck of The Fryish, but still sad. That's Loberstainment is still the second lowest in my opinion. The Cryonic Woman is my least favorite. And everybody still has an opinion.

Opinions are like assholes. Everybody is one. Everybody is one. I love that, FJ. I may have to use it later myself. You two should find some nice remote island to settle on together. You could build your own utopian world. Make sure there's no internet access, don't want your utopia being spoiled by disruptive influences from the rest of us. WAIT! Here's a perfect opportunity - conviently located just 1 post away. Then I would be single and terribly lonely again! Don't do that... You may end up being single, but I can't picture you being lonely for very long. Oh! Will the remote island have a talking snake that's not explained at all? I sure hope so. Or an apple of knowledge? I certainly hope so.

What they never told you is that I'm really an agoraphobe =/ that's why I drew so much fanart it was my drawings that kept me company for years until I found someone I can trust enough to go outside with. I'm afraid to make new friends because I have some serious trust issues so its not like I would ever go out for the purpose of meeting someone. But I digress... even a shut-in like me knows "That's Lobstertainment!" is one of the worst episodes of Futurama

Or in short; I will begin not to trust Kornography's opinion on any matter.

I was not into Star Trek either when I saw it (I am not really into it now), but just knowing that it is Star Trek is hilarious in itself. The point they make about him paying his devotion to a 'fake crew' and then a real one tries to save them; hilarious.
This episode doesn't function in the delivery of gags, but the absurdity of everything. And absurdity is when Futurama is best.
