I found this on www.thespringfieldshopper.com
that FOX is doing an 8 NEW episode sweep to end this season for the Simpsons begining on March 31st.

"Blame it On Lisa" (DABF10) - March 31, 2002
"Weekend at Burnsie's" (DABF11) - April 7, 2002
"Gump Roast" (DABF12) - April 14, 2002
"I Am Furious Yellow" (DABF13)- April 21, 2002
"The Sweetest Apu" (DABF14) - April 28, 2002
"Little Girl in the Big Ten" (DABF15) - May 5, 2002
"The Frying Game" (DABF16) - May 12, 2002
"Poppa's Got a Brand New Badge" (DABF17) - May 19 (season finale)

I hope they do the same for Futurama..I'd love to see 8 new episodes in a row, and the show could really use it too!

If that happens, then they can finally get all the Season 3 episodes shown! They're so behind it's ridiculous, though I think they'll ration the eps to have enough for a full season next year. We only got 15 new ones last season, I'm thinking even less this year since we didn't get started until Dec. 9th.

That one is about Marge and Homer being framed for the murder of an old woman.

Also the season finale is going to air at 7PM on May 19th to make room for the 2 hour X-Files series finale.

The season finale of Futurama is scheduled for May 5th, because Fox treats the show like it's bitch.

So far, all sources point to FOX SUX.

"Poppa's got a Brand New Badge" sounds awfully lot like that Marge episode when she became a cop.

At this rate, they'll have Lenny and Carl become cops for lack of ideas next season. That said, I'm enjoying this season more than the previous few, which have been pretty lackluster.

That's correct, "Where no fan has gone before" is the episode title and it's a Season 4 episode. I'm so angry that the Futurama finale is so early, it started so late so why end it so early? Fox are such retards

So it looks like we get 14-15 episodes this year again.   :(

Sigh...yup. We've seen 8 episodes so far. There are four more 3acv episodes, and then we'll see Where No Fan Has Gone Before as the finale. That's 13 episodes. My guess is that they'll show one more 4acv episode at some point, giving us 14 episodes for this season, and leaving exactly 14 4acv episodes for the fifth and final season next year. God I hate fox.

That's cool..I've been around for a while though..I used to post a lot on the old "Futurama Outlet" boards back in day...but they closed and I moved on. Then I found this board and love it! I've been a fan since day 1 and tape them all.

I would be happy if FOX sold the rights to another network. Then they would treat the show nicley and it will make tons of money, and then FOX will realizie that cacelling Futurama was their biggest mistake ever. God, that would be cool.
And Silent G- I think your homepage is a little scattered, because it has about a million different things on it, but if you like it...

I heard that the Futurama Season Finale will air on Sunday May 3rd with the episode with all of the cast of the original Star Trek guest stars. I forget the site I got this from, but I think it has something to do with a Star Trek colt that starts making havoc for the people of NNYC (or something like that) and the original cast of Star Trek comes to try and stop the colt.

Yeah, it's been discussed ad nauseam before, this is the info on it:

4ACV11: Where No Fan Has Gone Before

Fry saves the original "Star Trek" crew from imprisonment by an overly zealous fan.
From David X. Cohen's Sci-Fi Weekly interview: "Star Trek has been banned because the followers have become too powerful and threatened the world government. So Fry sets to right things because he's such a big Star Trek fan and ends up having an adventure with all of the people I just named, whose heads are, of course, preserved in the future. And they even get bodies for part of the episode."

Guest Voices: William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, George Takei, Walter Koenig, Nichelle Nichols, Jonathan Frakes

I just realized something. The information from http://www.thespringfieldshopper.com/  may be wrong because Sunday May 19th is the night of the two hour long The X-Files Series Finale. If it starts @ 8:00pm/7c like I originally read then The Simpsons would be airing an hour earlier then it usually would. I know someone's going to say that FOX may air the series finale @ 7:00pm/6c instead of @ 8, but I highly doubt it just because The X-files is usually graphic so that's why they show it at 9:00pm in the first place.
