Disclaimer: I'm not going to pretend this is accurate. I guessed on a lot of the words and scene actions others I simply couldn't fill in myself, so these are not exact passages. This is as close as I could get them to the actual dialogue.
Hermes gets his head sliced off by a mysterious flying knife as he leans with one arm against a wall. His disembodied head screams.
...
Hermes’ decapitated head in a jar is yelling at Zoidberg as he mixes “paste.”
HERMES: Come on, mon!
ZOIDBERG: Hermes, please! You can’t hurry a delicate operation like this.
Zoidberg suddenly swings his claw into Hermes’ jar and breaks it open. He takes the screaming Hermes in one claw and smears paste onto the neck of his body with the other. He forces the head onto the body (twisting it in for good measure). Hermes breathes in relief, then looks down.
HERMES: What are those?
The camera zooms out to reveal that Zoidberg has put Hermes’ head on backwards; “those” would be his buttocks.
HERMES: You filthy crab!
ZOIDBERG: I thought you were happy! Your tail is wagging.
Hermes simply glares death at Zoidberg.
