Hey, does anyone know which songs were featured in which episodes in near-chronological order?  I figured that if Futurama doesn't get renewed, they won't be putting out a CD, so I may as well burn my own.  Thanx a bunch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :)

1ACV09 Robothell by Beelzebot
1ACV13 Secret of Slurm by Gronka-Lonkas
2ACV04 Snata Claus Is Gunning You Down by PE crew
2ACV11 Bureaucrat Song by Hermes
2ACV15 Poppler Jingle by Fry&Bender
3ACV01 Leela by Zapp
3ACV13 My Broken Friend by Bender
3ACV03 Xmas Song by Neptunian Elves

Besides that, there is Bender's folksinging in 1ACV2 (The Series has Landed) and Donovans Atlanta in 2ACV12 (The Deep South). Well, that's all that springs to mind.

Thanks for the great help, everyone.  I've got nearly all the non-character songs, but I can't find "My Broken Friend", "Santa Claus is Gunning You Down", "The Elves Song" or either of the holophoner songs.  If anyone has any of them as ZIP files, could you please let me know?  I'm unsure of how to get them on Windows Media Player so I can burn a CD.  Any help is greatly appreciated!  Thanks!!!!!!!!  :)

The 2 Beck songs in "The Times They Are A Bendin'" were

The song in "A Fishful of Dollars" is "Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix-A-Lot - it's also on the "Charlie's Angels" soundtrack.

Hi all, Anybody knows who played the song "Convoy" that was played in parasites lost episode?
And by the way: "Don't you forget about me" was by Simple Minds
And the funky theme in Fishfull of dollars (Yo! Future Angel  :)) I believe that was not no Charlies Angel but Sanford and Son Theme by Quncy Jones (mighty Q)
I've also heard "Rain drops keep falling on my head" by Floyd Cramer in Bendless Love
I know some more I don't remember now.
Oh yeah! There was also Jefferson Airplane's White Rabbit sang by Richard Nixon during his campaign. (To anyone who likes this song I recomend a long Jazzy version by George Benson)
Cheers to Y'all Coffin Stuffers  ;)

I am slightly confused about one song in the show. I just downloaded Lola and well if I heard the lyrics right is it about a transexual  in which case why did Zapp choose that song.

Well if you'll notice, he didn't choose "Lola", he chose "Leela". That song is about a 100% womanly sexy hot female.

The original song Lola by the Kinks is about a transexual "...girls will be boys and boys will be girls, it's a mixed-up, muddled-up, shook-up world..."  :puke:

Zap is basically an idiot (God love him), and so he picks an increadibly inappropriate song to sing to his date. That's the Zapper for ya.

Praise for the idiot, only Zapp could do something that inappropriate.

Gotta love the Zapper.  He's the only one I know who would try to woo his girl with that song...

From what I could gather it's performed by someone named C.W. McCall, a fictional character. The actual singing was performed by the creator of C.W. McCall, Bill Fries.

Also have Gloria Estefan - "Conga" in Anthology of Interest 3. Beastie Boys had three songs, "Intergalactic", "Sabotage" and "Super Disco Breaking" in the Robot Hell ep.

"The Series Has Landed"

Although it was very briefly: "Also Sprach Zarathustra" by Richard Strauss in "A Bicyclops Built For Two". Theme music from the best sci-fi movie ever "2001: A Space Odyssey".

It's there. During the end credits, Bender sings it. The divx snips off the credits, so no song there.

Fox didn't show the end credits! They never do! They always throw in commercials with their own credits on the side. They do that with the Simpsons too. So any song during the end credits is cut off until I see that Simpsons episode in syndication without the ads, then it like "Wow, they cut this the 1st time!"
I guess the same thing is true for Futurama..so I guess we won't hear and see the Raygun song until syndication (if ever)..Is the song on the DVD?
