Gotta dig the "rubber hose" school of animation.

That was brilliant. VERY confusing (although that was expected) but still absolutley hilarious. Now I'm excited all over again!

Right--BWBB animatic preview up on Leela Zone. See it before youtube takes it off.

Aw-right!  Now I can see that I'll like BWaBBs much more than BBS.

More Zapp, more Amy - all is right with the world.

Strange, I don't remember seeing Leela in any speaking parts in the promo.

I agree, Ralph: BWaBB looks like it'll be better than BBS. Most important thing for me is that it goes back to the mold from the original series, it won't try to mention every single episode and every single character, and, most importantly, it'll have more Zapp!

Now that we're getting some easier access locations (albeit the quality isn't that great and the 'download' is a pain), I'm going to shut down my copy (unless there's a demand for it).

Yeah looks fantastic I can't wait! It looks like the classic style of writing we've seen in Futurama in the past and maybe we can get a season 3 type feel to it.

The next movie looks cool!

But I'm confused though.  Why was Fry acting so strange?  O.O

Then again, isn't he supposed to get possessed by some alien in the second movie?

I'm guessing the Octopus alien that had 5 boyfriends has somehow possessed him and took control over his mind.

Aww, I don't like the idea of a possessed-Fry (since he would obviously, be very out of character).  I bet that alien makes him do all kinds of things he normally would never do!

Aww, poor Fry.  I hope he's gonna be okay.        :(

And for that matter, I also hope both Earth and the Universe will be okay too.  (isn't Fry supposed to be special to the Universe or something, like in "The Why of Fry"?  Uh oh!  I'm getting a very bad feeling about the second movie!  Things aren't looking good for the fate of the Universe!)

BWABB looks to be uber-awesome.  The end of the preview made me a little choked up.  I hope that part is the emotional climax of the movie, because it looks to be quite intense.

It looks like Fry wins a round.  Maybe something to do with his video-gaming past?

It looks very strenuous.  I bet Leela would do quite well, as long as she doesn't have to rely on depth perception.

It does look like fun. O_o  I wonder how heavy those balls are supposed to be; they seemed to roll over the crew at some points, but no one seemed (that) hurt by them.

The entire trailer rocked.  I can't wait for the next movie.

Actually, it's one of those classic "labyrinth" toys grown large--how cool is that?

Yep, I've got an its-going-to-be-good vibe.

Help me though.  There's a famous science fiction story about an entity that mates with every creature on earth, driving them to extinction.  What was the title?

This looks very good indeed, and it already looks to be a completely different style of movie to BBS which is good. Love the death ball thing and the welcome to the relationship line. Some interesting ideas in it too. Dislike the Kif on his homeplanet thing, never liked that in Kif Gets Knocked Up A Notch and I'm not happy to see that alien ritual woman again either...

At the end of the row of Colleen's(?) boyfriends (on the far left), does that look like the Eric Kaplan model from Bicyclops Built for Two/I Dated A Robot or is it just me?

It would be funny if a running gag during the movie was, "Aren't you Cthulhu?"

Otis: Kif Gets Knocked Up a Notch wasn't on of my favorites, but I enjoyed the scene with the Midwife. Just the idea of Amy and Kif getting, in simplistic terms, married doesn't sound good. I liked them keeping it somewhat open as to allow for something to happen. Just think of an episode where Kif does something accidentally, making Amy go to Zapp, and Kif has to win Amy back from the arms of his captain.

In the preview all the humans are going up to heaven, and Dan Castellaneta is starring which suggests that the opposite may happen to all the robots in the end.

I'm glad about the Robot Devil too. Now that we've seen the preview animantic I think frowntown is probably right in that all the robots left on Earth while the humans leave for heaven will be under the reign of the Robot Devil or something...

My three fave robots in the show are Robot Santa, Robot Devil and Roberto. We'll have two of those in the first two movies, let's hope Roberto can come back for one of the other two!...

Hmm....

Is it possible someone put Fry in charge of that new religion? (because of his connection to the universe)

Or was he possessed by that weird looking, Octopus thing with tentacles (from the other universe)?

I think that could be what's making Fry do all that weird stuff.

The movie's been nominated for an Annie!  There's only one other nominee in the category (Best Home Entertainment Production), so I'd say it has a good chance of winning.   :D
