Magic Wardrobe Maybe???

sorry if it has been done but i did do a search and found nothing...

The other day i thought that when fry got frozen he would have only had the one outfit that he had on and i doubt very much he could find the exact outfit 1000 years after he bought the original so does he only have 1 outfit he wears all the time???

everyone else would be OK - they could just buy lots of the same outfit (maybe they were on sale?(we saw marge in the simpsons do that once - though it may have been the mag))

also where did fry suddenly get all his other outfits??? he couldn't afford $30 for the lightspeeds so how could he buy about 10 other outfits???

i just had a brainstorm... maybe the proffessor used his cloning machine to clone all of frys outfits or something...thats my guess

My say would be that YES - Fry must just wear the same clothes every day.  Cause if you remember in Lesser of Two Evils, when they are at the 20th century park, one of the employees there laughs at how out of date and ridiculous Fry's clothes are.  So his clothes wouldn't be available for him to purchase multiple copies of.

While this reason doesn't hold up to the closest scrutiny (since no one has ever commened on on Fry's clothes other than this instance, and sine Fry looks totally normal amoung the other 30th century people) it still seems plausible that Fry is enough of a lazy bum to only own one set of clothes.

I think your all forgetting that Zoidberg ate Fry's white shirt in the shower remember, so seeing as Fry has a identical white shirt in the future episodes means he must be able to obtain the same sort of clothes in the future...

oh yeah... then where did he buy outfits the same as his current one??? you can't buy the exact same thing u bought a few months ago let alone a few centrys
