Honestly, the background items should be some sort of clue for us, I'm surprised all of us are stumped.

"The Luck of the Fryrish"?  There are only three other episodes not guess from season 3.

But it cannot be "Where the Buggalo Roam" as it contains no scenes on Earth.

"A Pharaoh to Remember" contains only a handful of scenes on Earth.

"Bendin' in the Wind" takes places mostly outside of PE.

And the scene is either in the lab (most likely) or the conference room.

Quolnok stole the best bet because it has so many scenes at PE.
