:p Well, now that you two have figured out what the nucleus is worth...I'll repeat my original question:

How much is a single atom of jumbonium worth?

^ In "The Lesser of Two Evils," when Bob Barker asked if our beloved "brain-dead space jockeys" know what it's worth.

And, since Leela guesses $200,000 and Bender guesses $200,001, at which point Mr. Barker indicates that Leela is closest without going over, we can safely surmise that Pazuzu has won...a new car!

Erm...well, perhaps not.  :p But it is her turn now.

Yeah I knew it was from ALOTE's but just wondered if they ever asked how much the atom was, not just the nucleus which how could you forget the nucleus price from the Proffesor's bed scene   :p   :laff:

^ Um, well, if I understand you right....

Yes, Bob Barker specifically references the atom, whereas the Professor only ever talks about the nucleus of the atom.

Which is why I thought it might be a good/tricky trivia question. And it was.  :p (Rematch? I win again!)

Yes, indeed, it was a deleted scene! And, yes, he "deployed his laser cannons."

DanSonOfJacob takes it.  :)

And, yeah, I agree that it's a good scene. Would have been nice to keep it in there.

The following is brought to you by Professor Farnsworth, and the number 2.

1.  Name two episodes in which the professor is not seen
2.  Quote two variations of the Professor's "Good news everybody"

Sorry if this is too easy, but whatever, its my first try.

Trombonist got #1
and for the sake of not making it that easy, give one more for #2.
I was looking for other things he said when he first addresses the people in the room, so "The Bible is the real good news" doesnt count.  (although it is a pretty good line)
