Yeah I knew it was from ALOTE's but just wondered if they ever asked how much the atom was, not just the nucleus which how could you forget the nucleus price from the Proffesor's bed scene

Yes, Bob Barker specifically references the atom, whereas the Professor only ever talks about the nucleus of the atom.

Which is why I thought it might be a good/tricky trivia question. And it was.  (Rematch? I win again!)
