hmmm, I'm making the assumption that this person is newish to the show seeing as he's new to the board (I know that's never the case, but without the pic, I've got very little to go on) so I'm guessing the grab is from season one, and fry and the slurm factory is a very popular episode in season 1, so I'll guess that
