Look, pals, why are you just so mean to me? On my topic of funniest episodes, I DIDN'T KNOW about others, so that's no reason to be mean to me.

Also, I'm not trying to spam around here. I'm just being honest. I reply because I want to. I came here for a reason, to express Futurama with other ppl, and you just want me out.

Okay, I gave the thread in question a look-over. Out of 5 replies only one was negative and/or mean. The other 4 consisted of replies to the topic question and directions to threads already covering the topic.

When you come across messageboards like PEEL, with more than 5 years under its belt, it's logical to assume topics like "favorite episodes"/"favorite character"/"Funniest this-or-that"/and any other absolutes have already been covered ad naseum.

Belive it or not, keeping PEEL afloat cost money, serious money. Keeping all relevant discussion about a topic in one thread saves bandwidth (and in turn money) compared to making a multitude of threads for people to repeat what they've already posted in another thread. Hence why new threads are closed and a direction to older threads provided. You're then encouraged to voice your opinions in the old thread. If you come up with an unique topic that haven't been covered before, the thread will stay open. Try not to get persoanlly attached to threads you start, that's just silly.

Noone is trying to force you to leave over one a repetitive thread (some might when they read whiny threads like this). But if you want to make one single incident taint your entire perception of PEEL and leave... well, it's a free Internet...

Welcome to PEEL. Enjoy it here.

People have been kind of hard on you because you post alot of one word posts that dredge up old threads.  Just make sure you don't do that and you'll be fine.  Lots of newbies make the mistake of opening redundant threads that get closed.  Just be more careful.  Everyone doesn't want you gone  :)
