Someone said to me the other day, "I lurve you." And I know I heard it somewhere.. isnt that a quote from Futurama?

Can someone help me out here.. who said it, what episode etc etc?

Yes. It's when the Crew travels to Omicron Persei 8 to bring a gift from earth (tonnes of candy hearts). The first one that Lurr looks at says "I lurve u" - and obvious mistake. But Lurr gets so confused by the concept of lurve that he wants to attack earth yet again.

And what is this emotion called "wuv"?
Surely it says "love."
No, it says "wuv," with an Earth W.
THIS CONCEPT OF WUV CONFUSES AND INFURIATES US!
