Nope, and Nope.

Mas Rarraf, had to check "War is the H-Word" I had forgotten that cameo. She wasn't actually named, wasn't wearing a sash and when barker introduced her he was interrupted and said "Miss...What The?!" but she was the one who performed "a traditional gangsta rap" in the talent compo. She's sortof a jellyfish creature I'd say.

"interesting" trivia: Her and "Miss Unnamed Planet" (trumpet-nosed fem) shown in the talent competition were not among the 10 "final candidates" on stage in the previous scene.

heh, just realised I said on the other thread that you guessed both, but I only thought you got this one right. It was supposed to be Miss Vega 4, who then won and became Miss Universe, but when you said "the blob thing" and cited another episode I wasn't familiar with I thought you were ight at first, then checked and found you weren't. But, we'll go ahead and let you have it since I'm sure the next guesses would've been the rest of the contestants, as they were the only alien females in the episode.
