A: No, not technically.  Once you're in Heaven, you're there for good.  Of course, they have a little section which they call "Hell" where people go when they're being "punished".  But it just has day-old donuts rather than fresh, and a smaller selection of games to play while you're there, so it's really not bad.

ahhhh..... I worked up a long and (I think) funny answer to Jim's question but I answered 4 minutes late.  So here's what my answer was, just for fun.

A: They created a huge toilet made out of smaller toilers.  They also had a fraternity house made out of toilets, but Dean Vernon sabotaged it by putting a cherry bomb in each one.  Finally, they constructed a catapault made out of toilets that launched plungers.  This device went down in university history as "The Original Flush-Powered Plungerpault".
