I was just thinking.  How come the Futurama DVDs are only sold in seasons?  Why aren't the episodes sold individually?  i.e. "The Deep South" and "Bender Gets Made" on one DVD, and others, "Bendin' In The Wind" and "Time Keeps On Slippin" on another?

Well, it'd cost a lot more for one thing....but the closest thing to what you're asking for's the ones with only four episodes on one...Does kinda make ya wonder I suppose.. In a way, you could get benifits...not episode you don't like as well. You get what ya pay for  :)

Because it's probably more expensive to buy separate episodes than an entire season. Besides, almost all American tv shows batch episodes together by seasons, except for children's shows.

I saw that they are selling the single DVDs (like season one, DVD one) here for 12.99 Euro each.
Damn expensive, the whole season one costs around 26.

Beside that, isn't the Robot Maniac DVD kind of what you mean?
