Futurama on Family Guy movie

As many of you may or may not know, The Family Guy movie has been leaked on the internet now months before release, and while I have not seen it all yet, I saw a small part that I think some people may find of interest.

The setting is this:  there's a red carpet event for the opening of the new Family Guy movie, and all the "actors" on the show are there, like real people at a real Hollywood event etc., and as Stewie walks down the carpet, reporters ask him some questions. One of them caught my ear:

Reporter:  Do you know if FOX has any plans to bring back Futurama?

Stewie:  (Thinks for a second) What magazine are you from?

Reporter:  Entertainment Weekly.

(Stewie jumps up and chops him in the back of the neck and the reporter slumps over)


Now, I would really like to take this as a good sign; maybe Family Guy knows osmething we don't.  I certainly hope so.

just yesterday worble opened a thread about the Futurama movies, and few days before another one told us about that Futurama was mentioned on the FG movies.

Browse the TV boards, there is the FG thread to discuss this. If you like to talk about the possibility of the Futurama movies (still we are waiting for official words) then check out this thread.

Seeing that it has probably been started to dicuss, you sadly have to agree that your fist post and thread here is doomed to get closed, sorry.

Oops, sorry.  I knew there were already a plethora of threads ascertaining to the prospect of new Futurama movies/new show, but I didn't see any about the Family Guy reference.

I just watched the whole movie and I think it was a shot at entertainment weekly and they needed a reasonable question.

Is it THIS movie or some other one? I'm from the UK and this is the first I've heard of the Family Guy Movie!

It indeed is Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story. It is direct-to-DVD and comes out in the UK in October, September for US. I'm not sure on the Australia release, though. For more info on it, go to the Family Guy thread in TV board.

Hmmmmmm the movie sounds good ive seen 4 of the fourth series episodes 1 were chris falls in love with a new teacher the other were mel gibson make a new movie Passion of Christ 2 Cruxifie this the other peater goes blind cause he keeps eating nickles and the last meg gets an extreme make over and shes hot I hope this has helped
