Bend Her and Obsoletely Fabulous

I heard somewhere that before these two episodes were originally going to be a two-parter. Keep in mind I read about this on TVTome about 3-4 years ago.

Those would've been horrible two-parters.

It wouldn't have been so horrible. Spanish Fry was supposed to be a musical with Barbados Slim at first, so the idea of those two being a two-parter isn't so bad. I could see him becoming a fembot, then him being inspected and showing he needed an upgrade, so he went on the journey of Obsoletely, and then, when the upgrade is finished, he decides he must become a manbot again, at which the Professor makes the adjustments.

Still don't think those episodes would've did well as two-parters. If any episode could work as a two parter, I would say it'd be Rosewell that ends well.

You think those two episodes are one and the same?

I think this is where people got mixed up. There were speculations about the two being related, but that was before anyone knew what they were really about.
