If you have one ready to go then be my guest, JBERGES. I'm not prepared for a win, it could take a while.

EDIT: (assuming we're right)

I assume this will be easy.

A location from which one may scornfully view Decapodians, apparently + one cause of a mistrial + a particular PE member's perceived superiority to another

It took me an hour to write, I thought it would take an hour to read!

Done it. But I guess it will be easy.

It works but to be 100% on my level then you need a Michelle quote to start with and then adjust no2 accordingly.

Ahhh...
back to the hole/whole bender-full fast (a)head of Hermes requisitioned his groove back
I will repost with a new one after I bear down and come up with a loop answer

So it goes:

Back to the whole Bender-full fast ahead of Hermes requisitioned his groove back to the whole Bender-full fast ahead of Hermes requisitioned his groove back to the whole Bender-full fast ahead of Hermes requisitioned his groove back to the whole Bender-full fast ahead of Hermes requisitioned his groove back to the whole Bender-full fast ahead of Hermes requisitioned his groove back... etc.

Making it can be almost unbearable, and it's also quite tough to keep the number of clues down to the bear minimum, cause you hope the loop will come after just... one... more.. clue. Best of luck    :)

xD yea, that was frustrating. Here it is, short and sweet:
known for delivering messages from other people from himself + he is against those things that everybody hates + one of a trio of significant beasts
I tried to make it more difficult by using extra words...

Or more accurately:

Congo Jack Johnson of Kong(Con)go...

I was stuck thinking about the message Zoidberg wrote on his stationary 'from Fry,' but if that's the case it's not cyclical.

But you have it Shepherd, I said Khaaaaan instead of Kong anyways.

I didn't think it would be very difficult, hence the stupid way I worded the clues  :p
Congo Jack John(son) of Kong...et. infinitum

Okay, 'nother short circular one I hope:

Post-match plural address to the losers (now starting with a contraction) + olfactory desensitization to this after extended exposure + opening tutorial on this (non-abbreviated suffix)

Ready....go!

I'm getting there. Maybe this will help others:

I think the join between 1 and 2 is cali(bre/bur)ning rhesus monkey. (Tate quote: "You are all fools of the highest calibre" )

Not sure how to start the first clue since I'm blanking on the last.

Well, if that is the first one then evidently it has to be contracted into "You're", hence the "now starting with a contraction", and then since it's supposed to be circular that would probably make the last one end with - URL..? ("non-abbreviated suffix"?..)

But I'm not sure right now what that last one would be either.

Nice work on the first 2 SoS and km- a clue to the vague third one:
series-opening tutorial...
The last word of the third clue has to be written out to make it circular, it is normally abbreviated...

That makes it Monkey Fracas Jun(ior/you're) all fools of the highest cali(bre/bur)ning rhesus monkey.

It seemed easier to show it by starting with the last one.
