List two [adult swim] shows you'd think would be strange, funny, or both, and list em.  For example, Bender on ATHF.  Get my drift??

Shouldn't this go in the TV part of the board? Ya know, since it doesn't have to do with only Futurama?

It's been scientifically proven that crossovers suck.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force. It's a comedy about 3 human-sized fast food items who solve crimes, and foil supervillains.

Actually, they don't really do either of those.  They pretty much sit around their crappy house in South Jersey and weird shit happens to them.

Also, crossovers generally do suck, but I think I should remind you guys of Bender's appearance on The Simpsons a couple weeks ago.

And just so I can contribute, I think Zoidberg could bring a lot to Sealab 2021.  Too bad the writing styles of the shows are so utterly different; it'd never work.

Nay.  The actual Law of Crossovers reads: "Any two programs being crossed have a 50% greater chance of sucking than either one of the two alone."  There's a slim chance that a good writer with proper forethought can pull off a good crossover.  It's kind of like keeping plates spinning on sticks while you play the harmonica - mostly the harmonica playing will suffer, but some talented people can actually make it work.  I've seen it done once or twice.

Though Futurama/ATHF would be like juggling elephants and playing the violin at the same time....
