I just recently bumped into this.

Thought it was a pretty nice compilation, worth pointing out.

It'd be nice to know who made it, might even be someone from here; but i wouldn't know, haven't been paying attention to on-topic for years.  :p

Enjoy.

Nice to see all the events organized like that.

Well, that beats the crap out of my attempt at an episode timeline.  I'll bet someone who cares more will come by and point out the same chronological flaws in 3003-04 that have been bugging everyone since McSeason 4, but I for one say damn good job.

Interesting...I am reminded that the Friendly Robot Company is older than Farnsworth, which leads me to believe that Mom is really, really old or that she acquired the company some time later.

I think she acquired it later. It was just "Friendly Robot Company" now it's "Mom's Friendly Robots"

Well, hopefully they won't post meaningless spam again. ^_^ Regarding this timeline: Wow. Someone was REALLY paying good attention. They even had the little dates like when that Bigfoot documentary was released. Plus I learned a new word: lycanthropy. Who knew there was an actual definition for the process of becoming a werewolf? I didn't, that's who.

Wikipedia Futurama Home. I must say, it is quiet good as well. The timeline's not as in depth, but somethings are funny, like they actually have a section on Bender's makeup, including the percentages of substances he's made of. The funny thing is they state it in a professional form. Great stuff.

Great find there, Rage Dump. You get the Honorary i_c_weiner PEELer of 04-27-2005 00:47(PEEL Time) Badge.

*grabs a pen* Uhuh.. uh huh. Alright! Strike one for a new study place! Whooo!!
Neat timeline, I'm surprised someone went that far, too. They should make a Futurama study hall, for those who want to learn all there is Futurama.
Kidding, I just thought it would be a fun idea. I'll be scanning that site, guaranteed!  ;)

I came across that timeline a few months back, and I must say, it is pretty cool. I could never sit down and type all that out.

This time line website is pretty cool, it gives a nice layout of the futurama story it’s especially informative to person like me who missed approx 25 percent of the episodes in each season! (Not intentionally though!).

That's an excellent list. Glad they included nearly every line with a date in. I was quite surprised to see something as obscure as when Conan O' Brien lost his legs in there...

The best compilation i've seen.  The only thing is so much is left out.  In the show it was never stated the exact time when robots were invented, or when Earth became one nation/??.  Many of the important things were left out.  Maybe sending a list of these questions to Matt Groening isn't such a bad idea.  Or maybe it is.

All I can think of is in one of the issues of the comic (The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire spoof where Morbo kills the contestants) Scruffy said something like "The reign of Queen Britney from 2006 to 2040" but didn't actually say Britney Spears.

Very detailed timeline. But it reinforces a few glitches. e.g. how could zoidberg have known how anchovies tasted when they got extinct in the 2200s?
Seriously how old is Zoidberg supposed to be?

It's Zoidberg's 'people', his species, his ancestors et cetera.
Zoidberg tasted his first anchovy in the year 3000.

Yes, obviously that's the logical explanation. I just always wonder when I watch Fishful of Dollars how Dr Z knows how they would taste/smell if he has never tried or seen them before.

Well would anchovies smell like fish I guess, just a little different. All seafood has that similar stench to it. Bleh I hate seafood.
