Currently Bender is in 7th place... with a paltry 2% of the votes cast so far.

C'mon all you PEEL'ers - git bizzy!  wink

...Or vote for your favorite robot. Why tilt towards Bender? How about Calculon, Boxy, Roberto, URL, Robot Devil, Robot Santa, Richard Nixon robot with Richard Nixon detachable head, hooker bot 5000, preacher bot, and so on. They're all good to!

By the way, what was that robot URL thing when you vote for a bot? I ended using the same URL listed under the "More info" link about Bender.

Added a vote for Data.

Don't look so surprised, I'm a Trekker afterall.   tongue Bender is a good robot, but Data is better.

And what is a Optimus Prime anyway?

Edit: Oh God! Transformers.  no no

Was that the good one or the bad one? I only watched half of one episode years ago, so I have no clue. Anyway, WE NEED MORE VOTES FOR BENDER! (Though it doesn't seem as if the other robots are getting many votes, either.)

A Transformers robot? God help us all. (I thought the poll meant actual robots in video games or T.V. shows.)
But for all I know, he probably does fit into one of the categories. Even though Bender won't win (it would be nice if he did), he still rules.

Actual robots...?

Anyway, the Transformers did have a TV show or three, and pretty much everyone in America born before 1987 grew up with the original (which was, as I recall, a 30 minute toy commercial.)

*Seriously considers nominating Starscream*
*Nominates Bender instead*

In case it matters to anyone, I used the FM/TLZ character bio page.

I wish we could vote more than once. We should tell more people. Though I don't think it'll make much difference overall, it'd be nice to see our bending unit get the recognition he so rightly deserves. So there.  smile

I have to say I'm a trekkie (or trekker..take your pick) but I still voted for Bender.  Data's my fav TNG character but Bender is just so much greater.(IMHO) <sings> Bender is great, Oh Bender is great, Bender Bender Bender</sings> And if I argue that point, Bender will hunt me down and punch me.   eek

(That and have a look at my screen name.  'Nuff said.)

i've already voted for bender 3 times.

you just have to do it once a day, or on multiple computers.

or on multiple computers once a day...

*goes to every computer every day from now till infinity and votes for bender*

also, i find it odd that,if you view all the nominations, optimus prime is in first AND last place.
