^That's what my digital cable program guide says for this Sunday's episode. Although it could be wrong, but it's usually right. My firends are saying the latest episodes are crap, and I believe them. But now I am forced to watch the episodes, but only to see a possible Futurama reference. (Unless someone clarifies that rumor as being false. Then I'll stop watching The Simpsons.) That's a different one. "Future-Drama" airs in a few months, and apparently is actually a future-prediction episode with Bart and Lisa graduating high school. Its also not a rumor; the title itself comes from the Copyright database (where some new information about upcoming episodes is gathered) and the plot itself comes from one of the producers. However, I would expect to see a few other Futurama references this season since they did a few last season. And I wouldn't be be suprised if "Future-Drama" had a reference too, given that its both a futuristic episode and written by Matt Selman (a big Futurama fan, apparently). And most of all, I wouldn't be suprised if Fry, Bender, Leela and the gang make a suprise appearance in the eventual Simpsons movie.....

Am I the only one who gets ridiculously excited by things like this? Oh, sorry. Still, I'll be waiting for this one, 'cause I am just that geeky. Originally posted by Nerd-o-rama:That's my word! I'll kill you!

(Zoidberg) I'm coming, I'm coming. (/Zoidberg) I'm going to have to back N-o-r on that. Disclaimer: This man does not represent me. (Pss, the cheque's in the mail.) Most likely, the episode name will be the only reference, and it will just be another future prediction episode.

Likewise. I don't even want to think about a Simpsons/Futurama crossover.

Here it is. The day we've been wating for, to see what will happen. A show that looks like it'll have a Futurama appearance for sure. I hope they don't mess anything up.

Yeah, that's Future-Drama, the one we're talking about. I think it's this Sunday, but not entirely sure.

Some of the framegrabs look very much like Futurama stuff. Example: The underwater room place looks kinda like the one in I, Roommate.

Or a Suicide Booth, being that this will take place after 2008.

[Looks at LIC's post]...OH YOUR GOD! It was the Planet Express Ship sound! I think...
When I saw Bender I literally cried and jumped up and down. And I couldn't believe they got John's voice on it too. "You guys are my new best friends." Long live Bender. I just can't believe they had such a recognizable thing in there and voice. I was expecting something else. And I loved the Robocob thing, even though that's not the point of this thread
My only thing was if Futurama and The Simpsons are together in reality, then why was Bender there and had a full body when he should've been in Roswell, New Mexico as a head? Well, that doesn't really matter, I loved it all the less.
And also, another thing was the underwater apartment, as seen in I, Roommate. And the apartment looked kinda like the Planet Express Building.

I know that. I was just saying that because of the Bender appearance. One of those things that you wonder about.
Anyway, I had another thing being that the future shower machine was similar to the What-If Machine.

I was more thinking of any kind of delivery, with Bart to Fry and Apu to Farnsworth.
And "The Forbidden Zone" was also in ABBfT, making me think about that again.
The clams reminded me of the brainspawn.
