Damn I'm bored. Let's play a Mini-Game to keep us occupied until January 14, 2005.

Whomever sees this first can be the mini-quiz master. 15 questions. Posted at 5:00p.m.[pst], and 11:00p.m.[pst]. Scores are just like FTC III. (If anyone is willing to do this, I give you my permission. But just for this mini-game!)

And no questions where someone has to specifically look at the DVD for the answer. (ex. What are the last two signs in the opening theme, or what were Mom's exact words in the PlanEx commercial.) <<<That stuff, only your's truly can do.

EDIT: If you're up to it, start posting at 5:00p.m.[pst] on 1/5/2005.

I'll do it!

everyone be ready tomorrow at 5.

or 8, if you're on the east coast.

or 2 if you're... wherever it's 2 when its 5 on the west coast.

I just realized, though. The thread will probably close before we can finish 15 questions, with peoples answers.

Sorry for the double post, but I want to bring attention to this before tonight.

I just realized, eyedol, that lately my parents have been bitchy about me staying up late on the internet, and have started unplugging the wireless router after 10:00 PM (usually). While they may forget, I can't guarantee that i'd be able to post a question at 11. would it be better if i post it at a different time, say, 9:30 PM? or should i just not do it?

***Futurama Trivia Champion 3.5***

Welcome to the Futurama Trivia Champion 3.5 mini game. This will be hosted by the current Futurama Trivia Champion, Zeep. (That's me.)

Here are the rules, for anyone who didn't play one of the previous versions:

Rules:

1.)No one will be eliminated. Whenever I post a new question, anyone can answer it, and you will be awarded points, depending on what place you answered. (More on points later.)

2.)The questions will cover all topics I can remember that are related to Futurama. None of the questions will require you to have memorized some small detail, or have to look back at the DVDs. All the questions I ask will be off of the top of my head. I won't do any extra research.

3.)There will be about 15 questions per game. (Give or take a few.) I will announce what the number is when there are ten questions left.

4.)You are not allowed to edit your post. If you do, you will be subtracted [5]pts. If you made a mistake in your post, e-mail me what you meant to say. DO NOT EDIT. Again, if you do so, you will be subtracted [5]pts. But if you want to repost, then you are welcome to do so, as long as you do not help anyone come up with the answer. (But do not edit your post. By now, you know what will happen if you do.)

5.)Whenever I mention a time, it will be in Pacific Standard Time. With that being said, there will be questions posted at 5:00p.m.[pst], and 8:00p.m.[pst]. I may be late, so give me 15 minutes. If I do not post a question by then, then wait until the next time, and then I will post a question.

6.)After every 7th question (ex. 7th question, 14th question), I will post a Bonus Question that is worth [5]pts. Only the first person to answer will collect the points.
Example: I post question # 7 at 5:00p.m.[pst], then I post bonus question #1 at 8:00p.m.[pst], then I post question #8 the next day at 5:00p.m.[pst]

Point System:
1st= [5]pts.
2nd= [4]pts.
3rd= [3]pts.
4th= [2]pts.
5th and beyond = [1]pt.

One last, less official, rule that I need to mention: The winner of this contest does NOT have bragging rights over me, the real Trivia Champion.    ;)

We'll get started tonight, January 5th, at 5:00p.m.[pst]. Eyedol, if you have any objection to anything I've said here, tell me  and I'll fix it.

Just for reference, here are the previous Futurama Trivia Champions:
Futurama Trivia Champion I  : Nerd-o-Rama
Futurama Trivia Champion II : Beamer
Futurama Trivia Champion III: Zeep (current)

>>>Good luck, everyone!<<<

The game will begin in my next post, at 5:00p.m.[pst] tonight. Just for reference, that's 8:00p.m.[est]

You just copy and pasted it, didn't you? But I think there will be enough room. (20 pages sounds long enough.)

Your're West Coast, right? Then post it at 5, then 8.

If it gets to pg.20, with more than 12 replies, then the game ends there, and the winner is whoever had the most points. If there's a tie, flip a coin, or do something. (I recommend www.random.org,  and flip the virtual coin they should have there.)

^I guess I'll accept that. I'm not saying it's the right answer, but your official guess will be 5.

Hm... Something tells me that you and I are the only people who know this is happening. We probably should have waited for the word to spread a little bit.

In response to your following post, I did look for people with AIM addresses, but Zoidberg227 was the only person that was really into the game that had one. I IMed him, obviously. I suppose i should send out some emails.

Ok, I sent emails to DogDoo8, Beamer, M0le, JBERGES, and I can't remember who else. Also, I accidentaly said "...let you know the Eyedol has given me permission..." I know you're not an object, but it was an honest typo, I swear!   :nono:

Why don't you send some of the players from FTCIII an e-mail?

And don't post here again until 8. If they see I was the last guy to post, they may look inside.

But you can edit, so I can read your response.

EDIT: In response to your post Zeep, why does it matter if they have AIM or not? Couldn't you just send them an email, regardless? (Forgive me, but I'm not that good on computers.)
