i think there have been several similar threads, but none quite the same. so maybe this will stay, maybe it won't.

Well, how long have you mustered it out without our beloved show (that excluding, of course, your life before you saw the show)? Right now I haven't watched it for at least several months. I need a break from it i suppose.

I've not watched it for about two months now, I believe. That's just an estimate, though...

I'll pull them out again on some cold, bleak afternoon and watch them again, and pick up all the jokes I forgot...

I believe the longest I've gone had to be 3 weeks when I started my new job. It goes past 11 on weekdays so i never got a chance to see it.

About 1 month by today. I can't see the show that runs at 11H00 (11 a.m.) here because I'm in a classroom or working. I've been quite busy but I tried to update my site though. I also have the First Season  :p "Pirate" DVD  :p, but with no time, I can't even watch it...

Still a regular viewer, only miss an episode here and there when I get a call.  The longest I have gone, however, was about two weeks, when I was backpacking in Alaska.  Of course, I had no choice then.  I'm thinking I might take another couple weeks off here pretty soon, but we'll see.

Last time I've seen a complete episode was... hmm  :hmpf: - I got the DVD's on 4th so it was about the 6th November, or like that.

But I use the DVDs everyday, for grabs and scans.

It had been about two months since I actually watched an episode, probably because I've been spending too much time modelling. But I had a few friends over last night, and we decided to pull out the third season DVD and watch all the episodes. It brought back some good memories.

*I tried that once when I realized I didn't want to wear the show out. But during the three days, I had some sort of feeling inside me (I honestly can't explain it), and I was easily irritated, and I couldn't concentrate on homework, and was thinking about it when I wasn't thinking about anything else. And on the thrid day, my Physics teacher made a joke, and mentioned The Simpsons. That did it for me. As soon as I got home, I popped in 'Luck of the Fryish' in the DVD player, and as soon as it was over, I felt like normal. I'm probably addicted to it, since I always try to watch at least one episode of Futurama per day.*

*Try to buy the official Season 1 DVD. I think the prices are low. The more money FOX gets, the more likely they'll think they can make more money if they produce new episodes, and thus, they could decide to bring back Futurama. (Even though it may not happen.) But it's up to you.*

*And I am grateful to Wal-Mart. I used to watch Futurama when it was on TV, but I completely forgot about it, either because of FOX, or because I got pre-occupied with other things. (Most likely because of FOX.) Then I was in Wal-Mart, in the video game section, and saw the Futurama Volumes 1-3 DVDs. I started to remeber them, and bought the Volume 1 DVD set. When I saw the episodes, the memories started coming back. Thank you Wal-Mart.
And thank you [as]. I was channel-surfing, and caught an 'I, Roomate' broadcast. That was the initital thing that brought back the memories. But I forgot about it, but Wal-Mart came through.
The only thing I can thank FOX for is that they bothered to release the show on DVD, but it was a given that they would. (The obvious reason being that they would make money.)
Does anyone think that if Futurama had won the Outstanding Animiated Pogram For Less Than One-Hour emmy, that it would have a better chance a t coming back? (Sure, the Music Emmy would also be good, but I don't think it would have as big an impact.)*

Damn, I typed alot. Sorry about that.

Longest I've gone was several months form some point in 2003 to about May 2004 when I completely forgot it even existed   :hmpf:

Recently my interest was rekindled when I spotted the DVD Box Set for Seasons 1-4 in Virgin for £70   :)

Last episode I saw was yesterday morning on Channel 4 ('Jurassic Bark')

I usually go for a couple of weeks with no Futurama and once they are over I watch most of the 72 episodes... which reminds me I have to watch Season 4.

Last episode I watched was "Fry and the Slurm Factory."

It's been pretty long since I last saw a full episode, perhaps two or three weeks. I like to space them out to keep the episodes I have on DVD a little fresher.

Over a month.  Not my fault-- if you're overwhelmed with AP homework and play practice and a million school clubs and community service projects, would you not have time for Futurama, either?  Then I was home sick for two days and watched Disc 4 of Season 4 on my portable DVD player... then fell asleep during the first episode.  :(  Forgive me, Futurama Fans, for I have sinned.

I haven't watched any Futurama since I watched through Season 4 when it came out in R1.  I tend to not watch or a few months, then power-watch through the entire series in short order in a massive frenzy of Futurama bliss.  I think it may be about time for one.

I used to watch it on FOX when it started. Then I moved to Florida in 2002 and lived there for a year, ergo missing the whole lot of season 4 eps.

I *did* see it once when I was in Florida. In Spanish. So when I moved back to my homeland, I got to watch "BRAND-NEW" eps... and then saw the harsh light....

Longest I've gone without watching an episode is probably 2 days. I can't live without it! I'm watching them every night even though I don't get to bed until 11:30pm and then I have to get up at 6am the next morning. And yes I do tape them, but I just need that excitment before bed!

It's probably been about three or four weeks sice I last saw an episode--the longest time without a Futuram fix that I can remember. I need a break, I guess...I mean, I can't rewatch the same episodes day after day. Usually, when I get a little tired of the show (which I guess you can say I am at the moment), I'll back off for a while. Then, after some time, I can start watching the same old episodes again, but they seem brand new. My odd little system, I guess.

This thread is seriously sickening me.

I can't believe what I'm seeing! "I havent seen an episode in 3 months."

So tonight, I want ALL of you to watch at least one episode of Futurama. Either on Adult Swim or on DVD.

If you don't watch one, expect me to appear on your doorstep to give you a major asskicking.
