On the last episode of Futurama, when Leela walks in on Fry writing the opera, Fry is playing music, obviously, which sounded really good.  In the DVD commentary, where that music comes from is said, but I cannot understand, aside from the fact that it is by Beethoven.  I would greatly appreciate information as to where this comes from.

According to Ken Keeler the notes on the sheet is part of the "Pathétique Sonata".

Whether the music coming from the holophoner is the "pathétique Sonata" or not was a bit unclear. But if it's not it's probably a Tyng original.

I checked, and it is not part of that sonata, in terms of the actual music.  As I mentioned, in the DVD commentary, he says the name, I just cannot understand what it is that he is saying.

Then it's most likely something Tyng threw together at the spur of the moment, because "Beethoven's "Pathetique Sonata"" is the name Keeler mention on the DVD audio commentary. If you switch on subtitle "English 2" you get subtitles for the audio commentaries.
