question for moderators & administrators

How do you get to be a moderator or administrator? Do you get chosen first thing or do you keep posting stuff every 5 mins.?

You get chosen. I dont think they've made anyone a moderator in like 3 years.

This board isnt big enough to need anymore, plus we have a strong peer regulated system.

Yeah, I think that the last one chosen was Tweek, and it had something to do with time zones.
