so why was the topic of scuffy closed?

i had just got my anwser to my qusetions but the topic was closed by who ever is in charge of this web site.

Why is that?

are we not free to explore questions and answers  on this web site?

Why yes you are, but you are also obligated to perform a search before opening new topics. There are some Scruffy threads in the Human Recourse Board already.

Beside this board here is strict, no doubt about that and is good the way it is. Read about the rules in the Information Booth, or in a lighter form in the Peelers Faq
